Placing Orders:

Customers will receive an email confirmation once an order is placed. If a customer’s order is updated or their order status changes, the customer will be sent an email notification advising the customer of the updates or changes. Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with their tracking number.

Processing Orders:

Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewellery ASAP! All Phloxstudio.com orders are processed within 1-2 business days, (Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding all major holidays. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the following business day. Orders received after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.) and then shipped to you immediately.

Note: If the shipping/billing addresses are different or if the monthly payment option is selected, your order may be delayed pending order and/or credit approval.

Changes or Cancellations to Orders:

If a customer wishes to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed , please send an email immediately to customer@phloxstudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request . Once the order has been processed and shipped the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.

Pre-Ordered Items:

If you select an item that is not currently available, there may be a message indicating that you have the option to pre-order and purchase the item. If pre-order is available, the product description will state an approximate date of delivery for pre-ordered items. The actual date of delivery will not be guaranteed at the time of purchase.

Security Policy :

All order information sent to Phloxstudio.com is encrypted. The information requested from the customer during the checkout process is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database. After a customer completes a transaction on our website, their credit card information will not be stored on our servers..

Before we ship your order, we just need to get your credit approved. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information, but only if needed.

But don't worry, your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

Of course rings and customized orders (e.g. Family Jewelry, Designer or specialty items) may require additional processing time due to ring sizing and other personalization requirements. We just want to make sure we get your order perfect.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.

We use Registered Standard International shipping with Quantium solution by Singapore post (www.quantiumsolutions.com) or any Major couriers. We inform your tracking no. via your email. Shipments will arrive in approximately 15-20 business days, barring any customs delays.

Sales Tax & Import Duties:

We do not take any responsibility for duties or taxes that you may incur upon receipt of your package. There are some restrictions to our shipping capabilities so please inquire via our support email team at customer@phloxstudio.com for more information.

Refused Shipment:

Phloxstudio.com will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs or other tax authorities. If a customer refuses any shipments from Phloxstudio.com the customer will remain responsible for all of the duties, taxes and customs charges incurred upon receiving their order (“incoming charges”) as well as all of the costs associated with returning the package to Phloxstudio.com (“outgoing charges”). These incoming and outgoing charges will be deducted from the customer’s merchandise refund.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns postmarked within 15 business days from the day the merchandise is received by customer (“return period”).

The merchandise must be returned or exchanged in the exact, new and re-sellable condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Returns that are requested or received after the 15 day return period will NOT be accepted. We will refund the customers after we have received the item and evaluate the merchandise.

Amount Of Refund:

If a customer returns an item, the customer will remain responsible for all of the handling charges, duties and customs charges incurred upon receiving their order (“incoming charges”) as well as all of the costs associated with returning the package to Phloxstudio.com (“outgoing charges”). These incoming and outgoing charges will be deducted from the customer’s merchandise refund. However, please note that shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be credited IF there is a physical defect in the merchandise discovered upon receipt. Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive the merchandise to be processed.

Steps To Return An Item:

Customers will need to email customer service at "return@phloxstudio.com" for all return inquiries. Please include your order number, date of purchase and reason for return. All requests will be considered and responded to within a 24 hour time period of receipt. If a request is received after 2pm on Friday, the request will be responded to by the end of the business day on Monday. If the item is deemed acceptable for return, we will immediately email the customer a return authorization form that must be included with the item, along with a copy of the receipt .
